RANTHAMBORE TIGER ENCLOSURE 2006.

Here the Eccleston George team work on their second tiger enclosure for the Isle of Wight Zoo during 2005. This enclosure was styled on a place in India called Ranthambore. This shakey film was made for the students at St George's School to look at because the EG team were about to start their long term creative education project with the school when the zoo project was finished.....and yes we know about the apostrophe!!

KANHA TIGER ENCLOSURE 2003.

It's 2003 and the Team's first ever big cat enclosure is finisned. The tigers are in their new home and it's opening day for the public!

COPNOR BRIDGE PUBLIC ART PROJECT 2006.

This one's a bit long winded but worth a look if you're interested in how art in the public realm is commissioned and delivered. It shows the Copnor Bridge project that we worked on in 2006, we were commissioned by Portsmouth City Council to produce two 20m long bas relief murals on a brand new road bridge in Portsmouth. This time round we put in a joint bid for the project with our friends at the Island 2000 Trust, our bid was successful and we completed the project on budget and ahead of schedule....which the people at Portsmouth Council were very pleased about!

SEA LIFE CENTRE BRIGHTON 2005

This slightly tounge-in-cheek film (note ELO soundtrack) shows an unusual underwater project. During the early part of 2005 the Eccleston George team were commissioned by the Sea Life Centre in Brighton to design and build the interior of their huge ocean tank. The team created a coral reef using their special paper pulp mix. The finished display is home to a myriad of tropical fish and two Pacific Turtles.
